What is massage? 
It is the systematic manual manipulation of the body’s soft tissues to enhance blood flow to various muscles and organs.
Who is a licensed massage therapist (LMT)?
A professionally trained massage practitioner who has completed 500 hours of training, has been issued a license and is governed by the laws of the Texas State Board of Massage Therapy.
What are the benefits of massage?
Increased blood circulation, improved muscle endurance, oxygenated muscles, elimination of blood toxins, muscle fatigue recovery, lower blood pressure, diminish nervous tension, energy resurgence and anxiety reduction are a few of the benefits.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
At least 3 hours prior.
How do I prepare for a massage?
You should remove all jewelry and cosmetics and pull back long hair.
Do I have to undress for a massage?
You determine your personal comfort level. As a rule, table massages are performed on the partially unclothed body that is draped by a sheet or towel. Undergarments, swimwear, etc. may be worn. Chair massages are performed fully dressed.
How long are the massage sessions?
We offer 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.
What medical conditions should not be present?
Abnormal body temperature and acute infectious disease will not allow us to perform a massage.
What is our Cancellation/No-Show Policy?
We request that you respect our time and take into consideration the preparation we have done to make your TQ experience a memorable one. We require a 24-hour notification of cancellation. All gift certificates and/or voucher and/or pre-paid services are subject to forfeiture.
